Today was Gavin's nine month visit -- He was such a good boy!
He weighed in at 24 pounds 4 ounces, and he was 29 inches long! This put him in the 95th percentile for his weight and the 90th percentile for his length! The doctor said that he is ahead of schedule in his "vocabulary" and motor skills - so we were very proud of that. Gavin doesn't "say" too many words. He has the momma, dadda, nana, papa, dzia dzia and bushi (which sounds a little like bull sh**), but hey ... he says it! He may not always say "nana, papa, dzia dzia and bushi", but he has said them. He says momma and dadda while he is looking at Todd and I. The doctor said that this is "very good".
Gavin has been eating "normal" people food, and he really enjoys it! He loved Thanksgiving dinner and he has enjoyed pretty much everything that he has tried. The only food that he hasn't liked is peas.
Gavin had two shots today, but he did very well with those. He cried a little bit, but all it took was a little TLC and he was just fine!
